MyGov Chhattisgarh is inviting citizens to participate in “Hamar Rail Hamar Vikas – Share Your Idea”, a citizen discussion focused on exploring how improved rail connectivity can create new opportunities for communities across Chhattisgarh.
The 95-km Dallirajhara–Rowghat rail line, with the final 17.5-km Tadoki–Rowghat section now complete, marks an important step towards strengthening connectivity in remote and tribal areas of the State. Improved rail access can help connect communities with education, healthcare, employment, markets, tourism and new economic opportunities.
Citizens are encouraged to share one practical and innovative idea on how enhanced rail connectivity can benefit their community and contribute to local development.
Ideas may focus on:
Local Employment and Entrepreneurship – Creating new livelihood and business opportunities.
Tourism and Local Culture – Promoting local destinations, traditions, crafts and cultural experiences.
Market Access – Helping farmers, artisans and local producers reach wider markets.
Education and Healthcare – Improving access to educational institutions, healthcare services and other essential facilities.
Trade and Local Goods – Supporting easier movement and wider distribution of local products.
Youth and Skill Development – Creating opportunities for skill development, training and employment for young people.
Participants are encouraged to explain their idea, the opportunity it can create and how better rail connectivity can contribute to the growth of their community.
